1.) It is difficult to be passed in a short time because it has to be approved by the congress, president, and the judicial section.

2.)It will be hard for the new administration if the bill doesn't get passed because the new administration will have to spend time passing the bill. If the new administration doesn't want the bill to be passed it would be good if it doesn't get passed they won't have to deal with something they don't want.

3.) January 20th is a symbolic date because it is when the president is brought into office. it is also good to have a plan in action and money available, but not right away.

1) First it has to go through the House. Then it goes to the senate where they can vote. It goes to the president next who can say yes to make it a law or veto it. That means the process starts again. This must be accomplished in a short amount of time so it is difficult.

2) The Obama administration must decide whether they would like to veto the bill or continue through with it. The bill will most likely fail and Obama's administration will make a new bill to stimulate the economy.

3) January 20th is a symbolic date because it is inauguration day for president-elect Obama. It is important then because it is also the deadline for the stimulus bill.

1)What are the unique challenges related to passing the stimulus package bill regarding time frame?

A:There are only about 4 weeks to get the bill passed. Also, we need to remember that only about 2 weeks after the deasdline, Obama will be inagurated.

2)What might the effect be on the new administration if the bill dopes not pass by inaguration day?

A:The effect could increase Obama's chance of failing with his plan to "cure" the economic crisis and mabye give him another thing to worry about during his presidency.

3)Is January 20th a symbolic date or is it important to have a plan in place and money available immediately?

A:It is both because we need to remember the change this election has made in our history as well as the crises, which need immediate attention.

1. It will be a challenge because there is such a short time frame. Also the all has a long process to be passed.
2. If the bill doesnt get passed everyone will lose their money and the banks will all go bankrupt because there is no money to help them
3. It is a symbolic day because the new president goes to the office and it will give the people more time to pass the bill.

1)The government gave wall street and AIG bail out money. But now all the car companys are wanting money. So the president has to chose witch companys get the money.

2)If the bill does not pass by inauguration day then Obama and his iministration gets to decide on whether the bill passes. It might be different than Bush's disition because they are from different parties. And that is one more thing that Obama has to deal with.

3) I think it is both because Obama is the first African American president and it is important because Obama is aiming to help and save the crisis in America. And on that day he can start his work.

1) The challenges of passing a bill is the fact that it is such a long process to pass a bill and that it has to go through so many different people.
2) If the bill is not passed by inauguration day then people will think that president elect Obama is not as oragnized or efficient as he appeared to be
3) I think it is a symbolic day because it is the first day that our countries president is an African American
